(A consumer is any natural person who makes a legal transaction for purposes which are for the most part outside his or her trade, business or profession).
Right of withdrawal
We have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which means that you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to request a return.
To make a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, i.e. unused and marked. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If we find that the goods have been used, the parcel will be returned to the customer at their expense.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) that leaves the goods undamaged. For this purpose, you can use the withdrawal form.
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
The shipping and postage costs incurred in returning goods to smartSPOT shall be borne entirely by the consumer.

Defects and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and rectify the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as custom-made items (e.g. special orders or personalised items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a particular item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, i.e. unused, labelled and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
We will refund your money within 14 days of us receiving the item along with the returns form and receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your return.
